MUST HAVE: HANDSTAND SNAPDOWNS & A SOLID ROUND-OFF TO ENROLL. BACKBEND KICKOVER IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. |

EXTREME TUMBLING
This class works on twisting, combination skills, jumps connected to tucks (for cheerleaders), Arabians, & tumbling out of layouts and other skills. MUST HAVE: ROUND-OFF BACK HANDSPRING LAYOUT, PUNCH FRONT, & EITHER: A STANDING BACK TUCK or A STANDING BACKHANDSPRING BACK TUCK.
