GYMNASTICS
for children with
SPECIAL ABILITIES 

Sports, especially fundamental and movement education based sports like gymnastics provide tremendous benefits for children with special needs. Gymnastics ffers opportunities to develop cognition, motor skills, self esteem and social skills of a child with special needs.  Our program focuses on balance, flexibility and coordination which could help reach educational goals and increase self confidence.
Program Director- Casey Cantrell  

BS in Physical Education, certified in HEalth and Special Education.  CPR certified.

A graduate of Missouri State University, Casey brings her love of gymnastics and desire to help children with special needs and their families to FlipSide Gymnastics.  She is very excited to be launching our Special Needs program.​

Casey works as a Paraprofessional in the Francis Howell School district and has a background in gymnastics that includes years of coaching experience and a history as a competitive gymnast herself.

Classes will be held Sunday Afternoons!

1:30-2:25pm​
